1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when users visit or interact with a website. It outlines the principles governing the processing of personal information, the rights of users regarding their data, and the measures implemented to ensure the security and confidentiality of such information.

Wheel Out is an independent information and review website. We publish reviews, guides and comparison content about the Wheel Out instant game and about third-party online casinos and gaming operators. We are not a gambling operator: we do not run or host any game, we do not accept bets or deposits, we do not hold player funds, and we do not pay out winnings.

Because we are a review and affiliate website rather than an operator, we handle far less personal data than a gambling site does. 2. Scope of this policy

When you click a link and leave our Website for an operator’s site, that operator becomes responsible for the data it collects about you, and its policy applies from that point on.

4. What personal data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run an information website. We collect:

  • Contact data you give us — your name, email address and the content of your message when you email us or use our contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to updates.
  • Technical and device data collected automatically — IP address, approximate location (country, region or state), browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URLs, and the pages and links you view or click.
  • Usage and analytics data — how you navigate and interact with the Website, gathered through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Affiliate / referral data — a record that a click was referred from our Website to a partner operator, usually via a cookie or tracking identifier, so any resulting commission can be attributed to us. This tracking is handled through the partner’s affiliate system.

We do not use your data to run gambling, to verify a gambling account, or to process any payment.

  • Contact and enquiry emails: kept for a limited period after your query is resolved.
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregated or limited-identifier form, typically up to 26 months.
  • Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Cookie data: for the lifespan set out in our Cookie Policy.

Because we do not carry out KYC or hold gambling records, no long anti-money-laundering retention period applies to this Website.

11. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act (India), as a Data Principal you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed, to correct, complete or erase it, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Under the GDPR / UK GDPR (EU / UK), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Under the CCPA / CPRA (California), you have the rights to know, delete and correct your personal information, to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing”, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email privacy. We respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law. You may also raise a concern with our grievance contact at email, and you retain the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, your local supervisory authority (EU/UK) or the relevant regulator.

13. How we protect your data
